Shipping

We ship within the United States. Here's how it works, plainly.

The short version

  • We ship to street addresses in all 50 U.S. states.
  • We don't ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, or U.S. territories.
  • Orders are processed in 1–3 business days, then ship.
  • Transit takes 5–10 business days, because the device ships directly from our manufacturer in China.
  • Most orders arrive within 1–3 weeks of being placed.
  • Shipping is free on the Couple's Kit and Family Pack. The Solo Kit has a flat shipping fee shown at checkout.
  • We cover any customs duties or import fees. You won't get a surprise bill at your door.

If anything below conflicts with what's on your specific order confirmation, the order confirmation is the source of truth for that order.

Where we ship

en/cor ships to street addresses in all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.

We don't currently ship to:

  • PO boxes
  • APO, FPO, or DPO military addresses
  • U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, etc.)
  • Any address outside the United States

If an order is placed to an address we can't ship to, we'll email you to ask for a usable street address before we fulfill. If we can't get one within a few business days, we'll cancel the order and refund you in full.

How long it takes

Two windows matter: processing and transit.

Processing time — 1 to 3 business days. Once you place your order, our team verifies it, picks and packs the device, and hands it off to the carrier. Most orders move within 1 business day; occasionally up to 3 during peak periods or holidays.

Transit time — 5 to 10 business days. en/cor is manufactured and shipped directly from our facility in China. We don't pretend that's invisible — and we don't pad the timeline either. From the moment your order leaves the fulfillment center, plan on 5 to 10 business days for it to clear U.S. Customs and reach your door. Some orders arrive in a week; some take the full ten days.

Total time from order to delivery: typically 1 to 3 weeks.

Every order ships with end-to-end tracking. You'll receive a tracking number by email the moment the package leaves the fulfillment center.

What you'll pay

  • Solo Kit — a flat shipping fee, shown at checkout before you complete your order.
  • Couple's Kit — free shipping.
  • Family Pack — free shipping.

The shipping fee on the Solo Kit is the only delivery-related charge you'll ever see. No fuel surcharges, no handling fees, no remote-area fees added later.

Customs and import fees — we handle them

Because en/cor ships internationally to reach you, your package passes through U.S. Customs. We handle that clearance ourselves, before the package reaches your address.

You won't be charged duties, taxes, or import fees by the carrier. Whatever clearance costs apply are paid by us. The amount you pay at checkout — product price plus any shipping fee — is the entire transaction.

If a carrier or third party ever contacts you asking for a payment to release your en/cor package, that is not from us, and you shouldn't pay it. It's almost certainly a scam targeting customers of brands that ship internationally. Forward the message to support@encor.com and we'll handle it.

Tracking your order

You'll get two automated emails after you check out:

  1. Order confirmation — within minutes of placing the order. This confirms we received it.
  2. Shipping confirmation with tracking — when your package leaves the fulfillment center, usually 1 to 3 business days after you order.

Once your package is moving, you can follow it on the carrier's tracking page. If you don't see a tracking email within 4 business days of placing your order, check your spam folder first, then write to us.

We'll also email you if anything unusual happens in transit — a customs hold longer than typical, a delay at a sorting facility, a stuck package. You shouldn't have to chase us for a status update; if something's off, you'll hear from us first.

Address changes and order cancellations

Once an order is placed, we move quickly. There's a short window — usually a few hours, before the order has been picked — where we can change your shipping address or cancel the order. After that, the order is in motion and we can't pull it back.

To request a change or cancellation, email support@encor.com with your order number and what you need. We'll do our best to catch it in time.

After your order has shipped, we can't change the address or cancel — but the 90-day return window still applies once it arrives.

If your package doesn't arrive

If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you don't have it:

  • Check around your front door, side gate, mailbox, and with neighbors.
  • Wait 24 hours — carriers occasionally mark packages "delivered" a day before the actual drop-off.
  • Then email support@encor.com with your order number.

If your tracking shows the package in transit but it hasn't moved in more than 10 business days, treat it as stuck. Email us with your order number, and we'll either get the carrier to locate it or ship you a replacement — your choice. You don't pay shipping again, and you don't have to wait the full month some carriers ask for before declaring a package lost.

If your package arrives damaged

This is rare, but it happens with any hardware. Don't return the damaged unit yet — write to us first at support@encor.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We'll ship a replacement immediately and send you a prepaid return label for the damaged one. The full process is in our Returns & Refunds policy.
