Returns & Refunds

You shouldn't have to risk anything to find out whether something works for your body. We've built this policy around that principle.

Here's the short version, plainly: try the en/cor at home for 90 days. If it doesn't earn its place in your routine, send it back for a full refund. We pay return shipping. There's no restocking fee, no condition trap, and no need to keep the box pristine — opened and used is exactly how we expect it to come back.

Your 90-day home trial

EMS is a clinical tool, and clinical results take time. The peer-reviewed work on EMS for abdominal endurance and deep-core re-education runs on protocols of six to eight weeks, minimum. A 14-day or 30-day window doesn't give your body a chance to actually respond — it only gives you a chance to second-guess.

So we give you 90 days. That's enough time to run a full eight-week protocol, evaluate the change in posture, core engagement, and how your clothes sit — and then decide.

If at any point in those 90 days you'd rather return it, you can — for any reason or no reason at all. You don't owe us an explanation.

What "full refund" actually means

  • You get back 100% of what you paid for the device.
  • We pay the return shipping. We email you a prepaid label.
  • No restocking fee.
  • No "must be in original condition" clause. Used is fine. Opened box is fine. Missing the manual is fine.
  • If you no longer have the original packaging, that's also fine — wrap it however you can.

The only thing we ask is that the controller and main hardware come back. We can't refund a device we don't receive.

How to start a return

Email us at hello@encorshop.com with your order number. Within one business day, we'll send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.

Drop the package at any carrier location. Once it arrives at our warehouse, your refund is processed within 3 business days and posted back to your original payment method. Most banks show the refund within 5–10 business days after that.

You'll get an email confirmation at every step: when your label is issued, when we receive your return, and when your refund is processed.

Our 2-year warranty

Separate from the 90-day trial, every en/cor device is covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If anything fails through normal use within two years of your purchase date — the controller stops responding, the charging port stops working, the unit won't hold a charge — we replace the affected component or the full device at no cost to you.

The warranty doesn't cover damage from drops, liquid damage beyond normal use, or modification. Everything else, we stand behind.

To start a warranty claim, email warranty@encor.com with your order number and a short description of what's happening. We typically have a replacement on its way to you within two business days.

If your device arrives damaged or doesn't work

This is rare, but it happens with any hardware product, and we treat it as urgent. Email support@encor.com with a photo and your order number, and we'll ship a replacement immediately — you don't need to return the original first. We'll send a prepaid label for the broken unit in the same email.

You won't be left waiting on us.

A note on consumables — there aren't any

We get asked this a lot, so it's worth saying up front: en/cor doesn't use disposable gel pads. The device works with a fine mist of water — you spray, you place, you train. There's nothing to replace, nothing to reorder, no monthly consumable cost.

That means your refund and warranty cover the whole system. There's no "you can return the device but the pads are final sale" carve-out, because there are no pads.

A note on subscriptions

en/cor is a one-time purchase. Period.

We don't auto-enroll you in a subscription. We don't charge a recurring fee for an "elite community" or app access. We don't bury a $29.99/month line item three screens deep in checkout. The price you see at checkout is the only charge that will ever appear on your statement.

If you've been burned by another EMS brand on this, we understand the wariness. Read your receipt — that's the entire transaction.
